Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the wrekk website and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What We Do

wrekk provides a platform that allows landlords to post parking listings and applicants to submit offers. We facilitate introductions only—we do not broker, negotiate, or guarantee agreements or outcomes.

2. Eligibility and Account

The Service is a general-audience service. If you are under your provincial age of majority, use the Service with a parent/guardian's consent. You are responsible for the security of your account and device.

3. Offers and Contact

When you place an offer on a listing, you consent to share your verified phone number with that listing's landlord so they can contact you. Other applicants cannot see your phone number. The highest offer does not guarantee selection or any agreement.

4. Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive service and security SMS related to your account and listing/offer activity (non‑marketing). Some categories may be enabled by default; you can disable them in your profile settings. Where available, you may also opt out by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not process payments and do not act as an agent for any party. Any agreement or exchange occurs directly between users off‑platform.

7. Availability and Changes

The Service may change or be unavailable at any time. We may modify or discontinue features without notice.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, wrekk will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive damages, or loss of profits/data. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed CAD $100.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold wrekk harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risks to users or the platform.

12. Geographic Scope

We currently operate in Ontario and do not target Quebec residents.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms and will update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
